Proposed Winterslow Road Development

Following the public meeting the developers (BJC) held at the IPMH on 21-Apr-18, they wrote to the IPC and requested a response.  This letter was discusssed at the IPC meeting on 11-06-18.  The IPC requires  additional information on other approved planning applications before they can respond.   The IPC will make BJC aware that it intends to respond after the next IPC meeting (9-Jul-18), where the matter will be reviewed.

Note:

In line with our 'IPC Guidelines...' (see further down below) the IPC have not had any meetings with the developers.

Since this potential planning application has not yet been submitted to Wiltshire Council, any comments should be sent directly to the developer (details in the letter) rather than to Idmiston Parish Council.

What follows is the letter from BJC to the IPC following that public meeting and the public feedback forms given to them which BJC included with their letter - the IPC has redacted the names and addresses, where given.
